Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as a driver with FABER Motors Ltd ("FABER Motors", "we", "us", or "our"). By joining the FABER Programme and operating our vehicles, you agree to comply with the following terms:​

1. Service Overview
1.1. FABER Motors provides PCO-licensed Tesla Model 3 vehicles to approved drivers under a fixed weekly rental model.
1.2. FABER Motors owns and retains full legal ownership of all vehicles provided under the Programme.
1.3. Drivers are permitted full-time use of the vehicle, for both work and personal use, under a rolling month-to-month contract.

2. Weekly Rental Fee
2.1. The rental price is a fixed fee of £234 per week, payable in advance.
2.2. This fee covers the vehicle, insurance, maintenance, servicing, MOT, road tax, and breakdown cover.
2.3. No commission, revenue share, or shift-based deductions apply under this model.

3. Contract Length & Renewal
3.1. Drivers must commit to a 3 month rental period.
3.2. Contracts automatically renew each month unless the driver opts out.
3.3. To exit the programme, drivers must provide written notice (via email or signed form) at least 30 days before the next billing cycle begins.
3.4. The vehicle must be returned upon cancellation, termination, or expiry of the contract.

4. Vehicle Responsibilities
4.1. FABER Motors' responsibilities include:​

Vehicle purchase and ownership

PCO insurance (commercial hire & reward policy)

Wear-and-tear maintenance
-
MOT, servicing, and road tax
-
24/7 breakdown assistance and recovery
-
Replacement vehicle (where available) following breakdown or non-fault incidents
4.2. Driver responsibilities include:

Keeping the vehicle clean (interior and exterior)
-
Paying for all parking fines, PCNs, congestion or toll charges incurred
-
Charging the vehicle and covering electricity costs
-
Reporting any damage, faults, or incidents immediately
-
Paying for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or fault
-
Cooperating with FABER Motors for scheduled inspections and maintenance appointments

If damage is confirmed not to be caused by the driver (e.g., third-party fault), FABER Motors will cover repair costs and endeavour to provide a courtesy or replacement vehicle (subject to availability).

5. Driver Conduct & Requirements
5.1. Drivers must hold a valid UK driver’s licence and meet all PCO eligibility requirements.
5.2. Only the approved driver may operate the vehicle—no additional or unauthorised drivers are permitted.
5.3. The vehicle must not be used for illegal activity or reckless driving.
5.4. Drivers must follow all road laws, ride-hailing platform policies, and maintain professional conduct with customers.
5.5. Drivers must ensure the vehicle remains safe, clean, and presentable at all times.

6. Insurance & Liability
6.1. FABER Motors provides commercial hire & reward insurance, paid for by FABER as part of the weekly rental fee.
6.2. Drivers are liable for the insurance excess if they are deemed at fault in an incident.
6.3. In the event of an accident, the driver must:

Report it to FABER Motors within 24 hours

Provide photographic/video evidence where possible

Cooperate fully with insurance investigations

7. Vehicle Return Procedure
7.1. Upon contract termination or cancellation, the vehicle must be returned in good condition (fair wear and tear accepted) and with at least the same level of battery charge as at handover.
7.2. Late returns, missing equipment, or excessive damage may result in administrative fees.
7.3. The driver remains financially responsible for the vehicle until it is physically returned and signed off by FABER Motors.

8. Termination & Suspension​​​​​​
8.1. FABER Motors reserves the right to suspend or terminate a driver’s contract immediately if:

There is misuse, abuse, or neglect of the vehicle

The driver breaches these Terms

There is evidence of unsafe, fraudulent, or illegal behaviour
-
The driver causes reputational or financial harm to FABER Motors
8.2. Upon termination, the vehicle must be returned immediately.

9. Data & Monitoring
9.1. Vehicles may be equipped with GPS trackers, dash cameras and telematics to monitor location, driving behaviour, and vehicle status.
9.2. By using a FABER Motors vehicle, the driver consents to this data being collected for operational, safety, insurance, and compliance purposes.

10. Modification to Terms
10.1. FABER Motors may amend these Terms at any time.
10.2. Drivers will be notified of material changes via email or the company portal. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
